Stover Engineering was established in 1992 as a full-service civil engineering firm serving public and private clients in California and Oregon. Ward Stover is the firm’s principal with over 30 years of design and management experience in public works, private development and structural projects. We are comprised of licensed project engineers, staff engineers, engineering technicians and construction managers.

Stover Engineering has been the go-to engineering firm in Del Norte County for most of the large development and public works projects in the area. In the past 32 years, we have designed miles of road and buried infrastructure improvements along with numerous 20,000+ square-foot structures. In addition to our full-service in-house capabilities, we have a demonstrated record in successfully teaming with such national firms as URS, Kennedy/Jenks, Brown & Caldwell, Ben C. Gerwick and KMD Architects.
